It's your last week of the Mind-Eye Coordination Course!
Week 6 is recap time, but instead of just glancing over concepts and patting yourself on the back, there’s still a little bit of work to do to squeeze some final lessons out of this training.
WHAT WE LEARNED
1. AWARENESS IS THE FIRST STEP TO ANY CHANGE.
2. MIND-EYE COORDINATION IS THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL FOR CONTROLLING REACTIONS TO FAILURE. IT IS NOT A TOOL FOR COPING WITH THE WEIGHT OF FAILURE.
3. THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES TO HAVING UNDERDEVELOPED MIND-EYE COORDINATION AND THE EFFECTS OF THIS SPAN OVER A WIDE RANGE OF LIFE.
ACTIONS WE TOOK & CAN CONTINUE TO TAKE
1. JOURNALED: RECALLED PAST, DOCUMENTED PRESENT, REFLECTED ON DESIRES.
2. ADJUSTED LANGUAGE TO SELF AND TO THOSE CLOSE.
3. GAINED INSIGHT ON THE IMPORTANCE OF CONSTANT PRACTICE.
